The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam (A-552-802) (here). Rates from this review will be used to calculate final assessments of AD duties on importers of entries between February 2013 and January 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on large residential washers from South Korea (A-580-868) (here). Once Commerce issues its final results, the agency will use the AD rates calculated in this review to set new cash deposit rates for some companies, as well as assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between August 2012 and January 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on large residential washers from Mexico (A-201-842) (here). The agency preliminarily calculated an AD rate of 4.48% for Electrolux Home Products. Commerce also preliminarily found Samsung had no exports of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period under review.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel bar from India (A-533-810) (here), calculating a zero percent AD rate for Bhansali Bright Bars Pvt. Ltd. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from Bhansali entered between February 2013 and January 2014 will not be assessed AD duties, and future entries from Bhansali will not be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on low-enriched uranium from France (A-427-818) (here). The agency preliminarily assigned an AD rate of 30.22% for AREVA (i.e., the combined entity formed by Eurodif S.A., AREVA NC, and AREVA NC, Inc.). If Commerce makes no changes in its final results, it will assess AD duties on importers of uranium from AREVA at 30.22% for subject merchandise entered February 2013 through January 2014. Changes to cash deposit requirements would take effect on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register.

Google advocates said the decision points to a higher likelihood of its eventual success in the case. The order wasn’t available in docket no. 3:14-cv-00981, and the court clerk didn’t comment.
