The Commerce Department published notices in the Feb. 23 Federal Register on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms, or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on uncovered innerspring units from China (A-570-928) (here). The agency preliminarily found Creative Furniture & Bedding Manufacturing was uncooperative, and tentatively assigned it to the China-wide entity with an AD rate of 234.51% on its China-origin merchandise. Commerce also preliminarily found Comfort Coil Technology Sdn Bhd had no exports of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period under review. If Commerce's "no shipments" finding for Comfort Coil is continued in the final results, the company's AD duty rate won't change as a result of this review.

21st Century Fox completed its buy of video advertising company true[X], 21st Century Fox said in a news release Tuesday. True[X] ”specializes in consumer engagement and on-demand marketing campaigns,” the release said. The companies announced a preliminary agreement in December, the release said.

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on pasta from Italy (A-475-818) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between July 2012 and June 2013.
The Commerce Department issued a countervailing duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from China (C-570-011) (here). Commerce amended rates for some Chinese companies after realizing it made an error in its final determination. The order details a "gap period" of no CV duty liability of Oct. 8 - Feb. 9.
