Italy Pasta: Final Results of AD Admin Review
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on pasta from Italy (A-475-818) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between July 2012 and June 2013.

New Cash Deposit Rates Take Effect Feb. 18
For entries on or after Feb. 18, Commerce is setting a new AD duty cash deposit rate for exporters of subject merchandise. Companies that didn't get a rate in this review will continue to get the cash deposit rate set in the most recent previous administrative review, and companies that have never been assigned an AD rate will get the all others rate of 15.45%. The new rates are as follows:

Assessment Rates For Entries June 2012 - May 2013
Commerce is using the rates it calculated in these final results to calculate assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise for entries between July 1, 2012 and June 30, 2013. Commerce will calculate a specific AD duty rate for each importer of subject merchandise from Rummo or Tomasello.
