California’s Public Utilities Commission gave preliminary approval Tuesday to an interconnection agreement between AT&T and PhoneCo (T-17193). The agreement would run from Feb. 9 until January 2012. The Commission also filed a draft (T-17194) approving an interconnection agreement between AT&T and TeleQuality Communications. The agreement would run from Feb. 20 to January 2012. The drafts said they're up for final approval at the commission’s Feb. 20 meeting.
