The new rates will be used to set assessments of AD duties for subject merchandise entered February 2012 through January 2013 that was exported by the companies under review.
The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on diamond sawblades from China (A-570-900) (here). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for entries from Nov. 1, 2012 through Oct. 31, 2013 exported by the approximately 50 companies under review.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China (C-570-938) (here). The agency calculated a preliminary rate of 33.31% for Laiwu Taihe Biochemistry Co. Ltd., the only company under review. Changes to Laiwu Taihe's cash deposit rate would take effect beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. The rate would also apply for assessment purposes for importers of subject merchandise exported by Laiwu Taihe and entered during 2013.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China (A-570-937) (here). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from two exporters that was entered May 2013 through April 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of an antidumping duty administrative review of aluminum extrusions from China (A-570-967) (here). This review covers entries from 39 exporters for the period May 1, 2013 through April 30, 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Canada (A-122-853) (here). The agency preliminarily calculated a zero percent AD rate for Jungbunzlauer Canada Inc. (JBL Canada). If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from JBL Canada entered between May 2013 and April 2014 will not be assessed AD duties, and future entries from JBL Canada will not be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice. Any changes to rates for JBL Canada would take effect on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the final results of this review, which are due in October.

The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products from Turkey (A-489-501) (here). Once Commerce issues its final results, the agency will use the AD rates calculated in this review to set new cash deposit rates for some companies, as well as assessments of AD duties on importers for entries between May 2013 and April 2014.
The Commerce Department issued the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on stilbenic optical brightening agents from Taiwan (A-583-848) (here). The agency preliminarily calculated an AD rate of 0.71% for Teh Fong Min International Co., Ltd. If Commerce makes no changes in its final results, it will calculate importer-specific assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from TFM entered May 2013 through April 2014.
