Commerce Control List

The Commerce Control List (CCL) is the list of dual-use goods and technologies that require licenses under the Export Administration Regulations (EAR). The list is broken out into Export Control Classification Numbers (ECCNs) for each good, software or technology. It is administered by the Commerce Department's Bureau of Industry and Security.
