For entries on or after April 14, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting a new 3.44% AD cash deposit rate for Global Special Steel Products S.A.U. (d/b/a Trenzas y Cables de Acero PSC, S.L., or TYCSA), the only company under review. Commerce will liquidate entries at importer-specific rates for entries from TYCSA during the period June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023.

California Attorney General Rob Bonta (D) on Friday appealed an injunction on the state’s Age-Appropriate Design Code Act, re-emphasizing the need to protect children online. The U.S. District Court for Northern California had granted trade association NetChoice’s motion for a preliminary injunction against the Act on March 13, ruling that the legislation was content-based, likely violating the First Amendment, and the state failed to allege real harms.

Monica Tranel, the attorney for Montana state Sen.
