These final results will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for entries Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.

The Commerce Department is amending the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on aluminum foil from Oman (A-523-815), which became effective Sept. 12. The change is to correct ministerial errors in the calculations of the rates for entries of subject merchandise from one company during the period Nov. 1, 2022, through Oct. 31, 2023.
The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on non-oriented electrical steel (NOES) from Japan (A-588-872). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD on importers for subject merchandise entered Dec. 1, 2022, through Nov. 30, 2023.
The Commerce Department has published the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on mobile access equipment and subassemblies thereof from China (C-570-140). The agency set a new CVD cash deposit rate for one Chinese producer and exporter, Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co., Ltd. (Dingli), and its cross-owned affiliates. The new rate is down from the preliminary rate of 79.33%. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for entries during the period Jan. 1, 2022, through Dec. 31, 2022.
