As such, the AD rate for mandatory respondent Oman Aluminium Rolling Company SPC, which also brought the allegations of ministerial errors, changes from 42.48% to 42.13%.
The new 42.13% rate for assessments and cash deposits is applicable Dec. 22. Importer-specific rates are in effect for Oman Aluminum.
For exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all except Oman Aluminium Rolling Company), cash deposit rates remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company. If the exporter has never been assigned its own AD rate but the manufacturer has, the rate assigned to the manufacturer applies. For merchandise manufactured and exported by companies that have never been assigned a cash deposit rate by Commerce, the all-others rate of 3.89% applies.
(The review period is 11/01/22 - 10/31/23. See Commerce's notice for more information, including the scope of the order, detailed cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2509120034 for the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
