The Commerce Department has published the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from South Korea (C-580-835). These final results will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for subject merchandise entered during calendar year 2022.
The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on certain metal lockers and parts thereof from China (A-570-133). Commerce will assess AD at rates determined in these final results on subject merchandise from the companies under review entered Aug. 1, 2022, through July 31, 2023.

The FCC's World Radiocommunication Conference Advisory Committee held its third meeting Tuesday as it prepares for the next WRC in 2027, approving early proposals for U.S. positions. Five importers challenging the constitutionality of the International Emergency Economic Powers Act as a source of tariff-setting authority plan to file a motion for a preliminary injunction in the coming days, counsel for the companies told us. Jeffrey Schwab, senior counsel at the Liberty Justice Center, said the PI bid will request an injunction on the collection of all tariffs issued under the IEEPA.
Tennessee Attorney General Jonathan Skrmetti (R) told a court Monday that the decision in NetChoice, LLC v. Griffin demonstrates the weakness of NetChoice's argument for a preliminary injunction against a law that requires age verification before accessing social media accounts. NetChoice urged the U.S. District Court for Middle Tennessee on April 1 to use the Griffin ruling (see 2504010044), to enjoin the law (see 2504020033).
