An iPad Pro 5th generation 12.9-inch, 2TB model in excellent condition was valued at $585.20, including the 10% bonus, said the website Tuesday. A third-generation iPad mini 16GB in like-new condition was valued at $18.70. IPad Air models are also included in the deal.
Consumers who buy a Kaleidescape Terra movie server and Strato C movie player with any Meyer Sound loudspeaker surround system over $10,000 will receive a Meyer Sound-curated movie collection of 40 titles valued at $1,000, the companies announced Tuesday. The titles, some with Dolby Atmos soundtracks, will be preloaded onto the Terra server, the companies said.
T-Mobile and Metro by T-Mobile are giving new and existing customers a free year of subscription VOD global streaming Spanish-language service ViX+, valued at $84, T-Mobile said Wednesday. ViX+, launching Thursday, will feature over 10,000 hours of entertainment programming in the first year, including live sports, it said. ViX+ customers also get access to programming on ViX, the service’s free, ad-supported tier, T-Mobile said.
Roku pitched customers Friday on how they can create “Magical Movie Nights," giving do-it-yourself ideas for family and friends to enjoy summer movie nights. The company suggested an at-home movie theater using a projector and a portable screen or a white sheet that’s pulled taut on a stand or vertical flat surface. It also suggested an upgrade to the Roku Streambar sound bar. The Roku website has a template customers can download and print so that kids can customize and decorate their own movie admission tickets.
Vizio pitched its SmartCast smart TV customers on a limited-time offer for 30 days of free HBO Max, in a Friday email. The HBO With Ads plan is free until Aug. 7, when the subscription becomes $9.99 per month; subscribers can cancel at any time, Vizio said. The promotion is good for new and returning HBO Max subscribers, 18 and older, it said. The offer ends July 19.
Roku aped Amazon marketing in a Friday email to customers with the tagline, “It’s a prime time to save.” The streaming platform company is dealing its streaming players, sound bars, TVs and voice remotes at up to 40% off on its e-commerce site with “no membership fees” and “no alarms to set” through July 16. Among the deals, the Roku Express is $12 off to $17.99, the Streambar and Streambar Pro are $40 and $30 off to $89 and $149, and the Ultra is discounted $20 to $79. Prices don't include shipping and handling. It referred TV shoppers to other e-tailers, including Amazon, which showed the TCL 40-inch HD Roku TV at 43% off Friday to $199. Roku is offering a 30-day free trial to Amazon Prime Video and encourages customers to “cancel before free trial ends to avoid subscription fees.”
In a limited-time promotion through July 18, Gazelle is offering a $20 bonus to consumers who trade in their used devices valued at $200 or more, the company said Thursday. Consumers can get an offer in two minutes, then send the device in for free and get paid after Gazelle determines it matches the described condition, the company said.

Consumers who buy select LG gram laptops at LG.com can get a free LG +view portable monitor ($349 value), said the company Tuesday. The company is also offering free expedited shipping on all gram models bought at LG.com. Both offers run through July 4 and are exclusive to the company's e-commerce site.
The WiSA-enabled Enclave Audio brand teamed with Hisense on a limited-time bundle offering a $200 gift card with the purchase of a Hisense laser TV and a THX-certified Enclave CineHome Pro surround-sound system, the companies emailed Monday. One cable connects the Hisense TV to the Enclave CineHub, which connects wirelessly to the system's speakers and subwoofers, the company said. Five Hisense laser TVs are part of the promotion: 120L9G, 100L9G, 120L5G, 100L5G and PX1-PRO. Participating retailers are B&H Photo, BrandsMart, Crutchfield, Electronic Express, Projectorscreen.com and Walt’s TV. The offer runs through July. The $200 gift cards will be either a store card or a Visa card depending on retailer.
