CBP is requesting comments by July 21 for an existing information collection related to Reports of Diversion. CBP proposes to extend the expiration date of this information collection with no change to the burden hours.

Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS) was updated May 19 with 160 rulings, bringing the total number of searchable rulings to 182,143. The most recent ruling is dated 05/16/14.
CBP again emphasized the need for "timely transfer of containerized cargo to Centralized Examination Stations" in a May 19 informational pipeline. "Specifically, we need to emphasize that the anti-terrorism/enforcement exams must be transferred without notification to the consignees." CBP has issued the same notice in previous years.
