CBP is requesting comments by May 8 on information collections for applications to the Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT) program and the new Trusted Trader program. Effective March 4, Air Manifest System certification in the Automated Commercial System will be disabled, said CBP in a CSMS message (here). The Automated Commercial Environment air manifest code will be migrated to the ACE Certification environment, it said.

CBP is now accepting applications for its reimbursable services program, the agency said (here). The program allows CBP to provide new or enhanced services, including customs and agricultural processing, on a reimbursable basis. The deadline for application is March 31.
