CBP scheduled a webinar on Importer Security Filing on May 5 from 1:30 to 3 p.m., said the National Customs Brokers & Forwarders Association of America. Among the speakers is Craig Clark, ISF program manager in CBP's Office Field Operations. CBP's ISF policy allowing for three warnings to an importer before liquidate damages are filed is due to end May 13, Clark previously said. The policy could be extended if necessary, he said last year (see 14052106). Registration for the event is (here).
CBP will hold the West Coast Trade Symposium in Tacoma, Washington on May 27, the agency said in a notice (here). The event will include "panel discussions involving agency personnel, members of the trade community, and other government agencies, on the agency’s role in international trade initiatives and programs," it said. The agency plans to also hold an East Coast Trade Symposium and information will be provided at a later date, it said.

Augustine Moore, previously acting executive director at CBP for Cargo and Conveyance Security, was named head of CBP's Baltimore Office of Field Operations. Moore takes over for Michael Lovejoy, who retired.
The Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS) was updated April 25 (here) with 222 rulings, bringing the total number of searchable rulings to 186,514. The most recent ruling is dated 04/24/15.
CBP will replace all antidumping and countervailing duty reports in the Automated Commercial Environment secure data portal, the agency said in a CSMS message (here). As of May 11, all existing reports will be replaced with "new reports designed to enhance AD/CVD oversight and provide data for both ACE and ACS entries," it said.
