The Commerce Department released the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on fine denier polyester staple fiber from India (C-533-876). The agency calculated a CV rate of 5.82% for the only company under review, Reliance Industries Limited. Any changes to Reliance's cash deposit rate would take effect on the publication date of the final results of this review. In the final results, Commerce will also set assessment rates for subject merchandise from Reliance entered Jan. 1, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2020.
The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of a countervailing duty administrative review of truck and bus tires from China (C-570-041). This review covers subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered during the period Jan. 1, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2020.

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on polyethylene retail carrier bags from Malaysia (A-557-813). Commerce calculated a 6.47% AD rate for Euro SME Sdn. Bhd. and its affiliate Euro Nature Green Sdn. Bhd., the only exporters under review. Subject merchandise from Euro SME entered Aug. 1, 2019, through July 31, 2020, will be assessed AD duties at importer-specific rates. The new 6.47% AD duty cash deposit rate takes effect March 8, when these final results are set to be published in the Federal Register.
The Commerce Department is amending its preliminary determination in its antidumping duty investigation on urea ammonium nitrate solutions from Trinidad and Tobago (A-274-808). A correction to a calculation error causes rates to nearly double, from 63.08% to 111.64%, for all Trinidadian exporters. Amended cash deposit rates take effect March 8, when this amended preliminary determination is published in the Federal Register, as follows:
