The Commerce Department published notices in the Federal Register April 8 on the following AD/CV duty proceedings (any notices that announce changes to AD/CV duty rates, scope, affected firms or effective dates will be detailed in another ITT article):
The Commerce Department on April 8 released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on wooden bedroom furniture from China (A-570-890). Commerce continued to find that the only company remaining under review -- sole mandatory respondent Hui Zhou Tian Mei Investment Co., Ltd. (aka Hui Zhou Tian Mei Furniture Co., Ltd.) (Tian Mei) -- is not eligible for a separate rate and is part of the China-wide entity, with an AD duty rate of 216.01%. The new 216.01% AD duty cash deposit rate for Hui Zhou Mei takes effect April 11, the date the final results are to be published in the Federal Register. Commerce will direct CBP to assess AD duties on importers at that 216.01% rate for entries in calendar year 2020.

The Commerce Department on April 7 released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid from Thailand (A-549-833). In the final results of this review, Commerce may set assessment rates for subject merchandise from two companies entered July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.
The Commerce Department has released the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on certain oil country tubular goods (OCTG) from South Korea (A-580-870). These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD duties on importers for subject merchandise from 33 companies under review entered Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020.
The Commerce Department has released the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on cold-rolled steel flat products from South Korea (C-580-882). These final results will be used to set final assessments of CV duties on importers for subject merchandise entered Jan. 1, 2019, through Dec. 31, 2019.
The Commerce Department has issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on certain steel racks and parts thereof from China (A-570-088). Commerce said these final results reflect that it corrected "ministerial errors in our preliminary calculations" for determining the AD rate for Nanjing Kingmore Logistics Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., and corrected the draft liquidation instructions for Nanjing Kingmore. These final results will be used to set assessments of AD duties on importers of subject merchandise entered March 4, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020.

The Commerce Department issued the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on heavy walled rectangular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from South Korea (A-580-880). Commerce calculated a slight change in the AD rate from the preliminary determination for Dong-A Steel Co., Ltd., while the rate for the other respondent, HiSteel Co., Ltd., was unchanged. Subject merchandise from these two companies entered Sept. 1, 2019, through Aug. 31, 2020, will be assessed the following AD duties at importer-specific rates, which take effect April 7, when these final results are set to be published in the Federal Register:
