The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China (A-570-937). Commerce continued its preliminary finding that four companies making up the RZBC group of companies -- RZBC Group Co., Ltd., RZBC Co., Ltd., RZBC Import & Export Co., Ltd., and RZBC (Juxian) Co., Ltd. -- did not make sales at less than fair value during the May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022, period of review, assigning them a zero percent AD cash deposit rate, effective Nov. 9.

The Commerce Department has released the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on common alloy aluminum sheet from Spain (A-469-820). For entries on or after Nov. 7, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting a new 10.38% AD cash deposit rates for Compania Valenciana de Aluminio Baux, S.L.U. and its affiliate Bancolor Baux, S.L.U. Commerce will liquidate entries at importer-specific rates for entries from Baux during the period Oct. 15, 2020, through March 31, 2022.
The Commerce Department has released the final results of its antidumping duty administrative review on common alloy aluminum sheet from India (A-533-895). For entries on or after Nov. 7, the date these final results were published in the Federal Register, Commerce is setting new zero percent AD cash deposit rates for the two companies under review, Hindalco Industries Limited and Virgo Aluminum Limited. Commerce will liquidate entries from Hindalco and Virgo during the period Oct. 15, 2020, through March 31, 2022, without regard to AD, and future entries from these two companies will not be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice.

These final results will be used to set final assessments of AD/CVD on importers for subject merchandise entered April 1, 2021, through March 31, 2022, for AD and calendar year 2021 for CVD.
