The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan (A-588-869). Commerce set an AD rate of 0.92% for Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd., the only company under review. Commerce will assess AD duties on importers at importer-specific rates for subject merchandise from Toyo Kohan entered May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022, it said. The new AD duty cash deposit rate for Toyo Kohan takes effect Dec. 8, the publication date of these final results in the Federal Register.
The Commerce Department has published the final results of the antidumping duty administrative review on silicomanganese from India (A-533-823). Commerce set an AD rate of 1.01% for the only company under review, Maithan Alloys Limited. Commerce will assess AD on subject entries from Maithan Alloys during the period May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022, at importer-specific rates. A new 1.01% AD cash deposit rate takes effect for Maithan on Dec. 8.
