The International Trade Administration is conducting an administrative review of the countervailing duty order on certain hot-rolled flat-rolled carbon-quality steel products from Brazil covering the period January 1, 2008 through December 31, 2008 (C-351-829). Interested parties are invited to comment on the preliminary results of this administrative review.

Three producers/exporters have been preliminarily rescinded and do not have preliminary margins.
