Clear Terms

Search Primer

Term list: Separate terms with spaces, not commas or semicolons.

Multi-word term: Place inside quotes to ensure an exact match (e.g. "China import").

Acronyms: Use all capital letters to ensure the search is not looking for that letter sequence instead.

Required term: If a term must be included in any resulting articles, prefix it with a plus sign (e.g., +CBP).

Excluded term: If a term should be excluded from any articles being found, prefix it with a minus sign (e.g., -ruling).

Singular form: Always use the singular form when doing multi-word terms (e.g. "russian export control" instead of "russian export controls").

Shortest word form: When you have different word forms in a quoted (multi-word) term, you want to only include the shortest version if it is the last part of the expression (e.g., "entity list" instead of "entity listing" or "entity listed").

LightSquared said it provided a technical working group progress update to the FCC, including “possible mitigation strategies” for dealing with potential interference with GPS operations. LightSquared and others are investigating possible interference issues between LightSquared’s coming terrestrial service and existing GPS services that operate in neighboring spectrum. LightSquared also spoke about preliminary results and trends from the testing, the ex parte filing said. The filing is at http://xrl.us/bh969f.

China Wood Flooring: Alignment of Final AD/CV Determinations

The International Trade Administration has issued a notice announcing that it is aligning the final determination in the countervailing duty investigation of multilayered wood flooring from China (C-570-971) with the final determination in the companion antidumping duty investigation (A-570-970) pursuant to a request by the petitioners. The final CV duty determination will be issued on the same date as the final AD duty determination, which is currently scheduled for August 2, 2011.
