Search Primer

Term list: Separate terms with spaces, not commas or semicolons.

Multi-word term: Place inside quotes to ensure an exact match (e.g. "China import").

Acronyms: Use all capital letters to ensure the search is not looking for that letter sequence instead.

Required term: If a term must be included in any resulting articles, prefix it with a plus sign (e.g., +CBP).

Excluded term: If a term should be excluded from any articles being found, prefix it with a minus sign (e.g., -ruling).

Singular form: Always use the singular form when doing multi-word terms (e.g. "russian export control" instead of "russian export controls").

Shortest word form: When you have different word forms in a quoted (multi-word) term, you want to only include the shortest version if it is the last part of the expression (e.g., "entity list" instead of "entity listing" or "entity listed").

China Aluminum Foil: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on common alloy aluminum foil from China (A-570-053). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set AD assessment rates for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered April 1, 2023, through March 31, 2024.

Bahrain Aluminum Sheet: Prelim Results of CVD Admin Review

The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on common alloy aluminum sheet from Bahrain (C-525-002). The agency calculated a preliminary rate of 4.16% for Gulf Aluminum Rolling Mill B.S.C. The CVD rate would apply for cash deposit purposes, and for the purposes of assessments for entries from GARMCO in calendar year 2023.

Colombia Citric Acid: Prelim Results of AD Admin Review

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of the antidumping duty administrative review on citric acid and certain citrate salts from Colombia (A-301-803). The agency calculated an AD rate of 4.69% for Sucroal S.A. Any changes to Sucroal's cash deposit rate would take effect on the publication date of the final results of this review, currently due in December. Once Commerce issues its final results, if there is no change from the preliminary results, the agency will assess AD for entries of subject merchandise from Sucroal at importer-specific rates for merchandise entered July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.
