The International Trade Administration has issued its preliminary results of the following antidumping and countervailing administrative reviews:
According to a U.S. Customs and Border Protection administrative message, effective June 24, 2008, the International Trade Administration discontinued the suspension of liquidation for countervailing duty purposes for raw flexible magnets from China.
The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its antidumping duty new shipper reviews of certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for the period of August 1, 2006 through January 31, 2007. In addition, the ITA is rescinding the new shipper review with respect to one company, Ngoc Thai Company, Ltd.

In June 24, 2008 written testimony before the Senate Finance Committee, U.S. Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Basham announced that CBP has shelved its proposal to eliminate the use of its First Sale principal for valuing transactions.
