Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS) was updated June 19. The corresponding downloadable rulings are now available.
CBP released its June 12 Customs Bulletin (Vol. 47, No. 25). While the Bulletin does not contain any ruling articles, it does include recent general notices and Court of International Trade decisions.
CBP set 2 percent for corporations and 3 percent for non-corporations as the quarterly Internal Revenue Service interest rates used to calculate interest on overdue accounts (underpayments) and refunds (overpayments) of customs duties, it said in a notice. The interest rate for underpayments will be 3 percent for both corporations and non-corporations, it said.

Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS) was updated June 19 with 164 rulings, bringing the total number of searchable rulings to 177,829. The most recent ruling is dated 06/14/2013.
CBP released its June 5 Customs Bulletin (Vol. 47, No. 24). While the Bulletin does not contain any ruling articles, it does include recent general notices.
CBP posted to its website a reference guide for Electronic Invoice Program and Remote Location Filing participants on June 19. The EIP/RLF Handbook “reflects national policy and procedures for the EIP/RLF Program,” said CBP. It contains information on program participation, the Automated Invoice Interface Module, cargo processing, entry summary processing, and enforcement actions. Appendices include a FAQ, a list of CBP administrative messages, definitions, and information on the EIP/RLF Harmonized Operational Approval Test Package. CBP said the guide is subject to continued revision, expansion, and updating.
