The Customs Rulings Online Search System (CROSS) was updated July 28 with 58 rulings. The most recent ruling is dated July 25.

The Treasury Department's mention of a CBP proposal for updates and modifications to the list of records required for the entry of merchandise (see 1707200003) involves a review of consistency across the regulations, a CBP spokeswoman said in a July 27 email. "CBP is examining the (a)(1)(A) List in the Appendix to Part 163 to ensure that it accurately reflects the recordkeeping requirements specified elsewhere in title 19 of the Code of Federal Regulations," she said.
