The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on large diameter welded pipe from Turkey (A-489-833), calculating a zero percent AD rate for HDM Celik Boru Sanayi Ve Ticaret A.S., the one mandatory respondent, and applying that rate to another company not selected for individual review, Emek Boru Makine Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from HDM Celik and Emek Boru entered between May 1, 2023, and April 30, 2024, won't be assessed AD, and future entries from HDM Celik and Emek Boru wouldn't be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement until further notice.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on passenger vehicle and light truck tires from Taiwan (A-583-869). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set assessment rates for subject merchandise from the one company remaining under review entered July 1, 2023, through June 30, 2024.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel products from Japan (A-588-869). Rates calculated in this review will be used to set assessment rates for importers of subject merchandise from the only producer/exporter remaining under review, Toyo Kohan Co., Ltd., that was entered May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews on certain new pneumatic off-the-road tires from India (A-533-869/C-533-870). In the final results of these reviews, Commerce will set AD assessment rates for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024, and CVD assessment rates for entries Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on wooden cabinets and vanities and components thereof from China (C-570-107). This review covers subject merchandise from the exporters under review entered during the period Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping and countervailing duty administrative reviews on pentafluoroethane (R-125) from China (A-570-137/C-570-138). In the final results of these reviews, Commerce will set AD assessment rates for subject merchandise for the companies under review entered March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024, and CVD assessment rates for entries during calendar year 2023.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its countervailing duty administrative review on corrosion inhibitors from China (C-570-123). In the final results of this review, Commerce will set CVD assessment rates for entries Jan. 1, 2023, through Dec. 31, 2023.

The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on acetone from South Korea (A-580-899). The agency preliminarily calculated a 0.69% AD rate for the one company remaining under review, Kumho P&B Chemicals Inc. If the agency's finding is continued in the final results, importers of subject merchandise from KPB entered March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024, will be assessed AD at that rate and be subject to an AD cash deposit requirement. Any changes to the cash deposit rate would take effect on the date of publication in the Federal Register of the final results of this review, which are due in November.

The Commerce Department has released the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on uncoated paper from Portugal (A-471-807). The agency preliminarily calculated an AD rate of 10.92% for the only company under review, The Navigator Company, S.A. Any changes to Navigator's cash deposit rate would take effect on the date of Federal Register publication of the final results of this review, currently due in November. Once Commerce issues its final results, the agency will assess duties at importer-specific rates for entries of subject merchandise from Navigator entered March 1, 2023, through Feb. 29, 2024.

The Commerce Department has published the preliminary results of its antidumping duty administrative review on organic soybean meal from India (A-533-901). The agency preliminarily found the only company remaining under review -- Tejawat Organic Foods -- had an AD rate of 18.8%. If Commerce's finding for Tejawat Organic Foods is continued in the final results, its AD cash deposit rate will be 18.8%, effective on the date Commerce's final results are published in the Federal Register. The agency would assess AD at importer-specific rates for entries of subject merchandise from Tejawat Organic Foods entered May 1, 2023, through April 30, 2024, it said.
