The Commerce Department issued its final determinations in the antidumping duty investigations of imports of glass wine bottles from China and Mexico, it said in a fact sheet issued Dec. 26. Commerce set AD rates ranging from 29.31% to 218.15% for Chinese exporters and 13.95% to 96.95% for Mexican exporters, the agency said. These rates will take effect upon publication of the final determination in the Federal Register, which should occur in the coming days.
