The Commerce Department has published the final results of its countervailing duty administrative review on certain walk-behind lawn mowers and parts thereof from China (C-570-130). The agency calculated a new CVD cash deposit rate for Ningbo Daye Garden Machinery Co., Ltd., the only company under review. These final results will be used to set final assessments of CVD on importers for entries Oct. 30, 2020, through Dec. 31, 2021.
Antidumping and countervailing duty investigations launched a year ago on tin mill products from eight countries will all end without the imposition of AD/CVD, after the International Trade Commission on Feb. 6 ended its investigations of the remaining countries under investigation without finding injury.
