Commerce to Suspend Liquidation, Require AD on Polypropylene Corrugated Boxes From Vietnam
The Commerce Department soon will suspend liquidation and impose antidumping duty cash deposit requirements on imports of polypropylene corrugated boxes from Vietnam, it said in a fact sheet issued Dec. 23.

The AD rates will range from 94.41% to 130.58% for Vietnamese exporters, the agency said as it announced its preliminary determinations in its ongoing AD investigation.
Suspension of liquidation and cash deposit requirements will take effect for entries on or after the date of publication of the preliminary determinations in the Federal Register, which should occur in the coming days. Commerce had suspended liquidation and required countervailing duty cash deposits in its concurrent CVD investigation on the same product from China, as of Aug. 18 (see 2508190008).
