CBP Alerts ABI Filers That Dec. 24 and 26 Are Now Considered CBP Holidays
A recent executive order has designated Dec. 24 and Dec. 26 as federal holidays, meaning that these dates will also be considered to be CBP holidays, like Dec. 25, CBP said in a cargo systems message addressed to ABI filers.

That means that "any entries previously transmitted with a statement print date of 12/24/25 or 12/26/25 will still print on those days, but payment will not be due until 12/29/25," CBP said. "Filers who wish to change the payment print date from 12/24/25 or 12/26/25 to 12/29/25 for previously transmitted summaries may do so at their discretion."
