Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
- The National Marine Fisheries Service will host two public webinars Dec. 16 to provide a brief overview of Marine Mammal Protection Act import provisions and a detailed technical discussion on Certification of Admissibility requirements. The first is at 8 a.m. EST and the second is at 4 p.m. EST. Beginning Jan. 1, certain fish and fish products from nations with fisheries that have been denied comparability findings under the MMPA import provisions will be prohibited from import into the U.S., CBP said (here).
