CBP: Protests in Mexico Disrupt Port Processing at Select Border Points
CBP's El Paso field office alerted the trade that protests in Mexico on Dec. 3 are disrupting operations at commercial ports because the protesters are blocking traffic in both northbound and southbound lanes, in a Dec. 3 trade information notice.

Impacted ports of entry in Texas and New Mexico include El Paso, Ysleta, Santa Teresa, Marcelino Serna and Columbus. The only port that is able to process commercial operations at this time is the Port of Presidio, CBP said.
