From Jan. 1 to Nov. 19, when the data was last updated, no single country has earned the most WROs. China, South Korea, Taiwan and Mauritius each has one WRO issued so far in 2025, according to the data.
There have been no forced labor findings issued in 2025 year-to-date, according to the data. WROs issued in 2025 year-to-date are the highest since 2021, when CBP issued five WROs.
