- CBP has provided an update on the tariff rates for products of China subject to the International Emergency Economic Powers Act fentanyl and reciprocal tariffs effective Nov. 10 (see 2510300003) (here).
- CBP officials affiliated with the Port of New Orleans provided an update on the one-year suspension of new Section 301 vessel fees on certain vessels arriving at U.S. ports. The notice said that until the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative “publishes official notification of the suspension of the fees, we cannot confirm” (here).
