  • CBP reminded the trade of an Oct. 16 Federal Register notice in which the agency said that test participants who are part of CBP's National Customs Automation Program test concerning Periodic Monthly Statements (PMS) must transmit electronic payment of supplemental duty bills by either ACH Debit or ACH Credit (see 2510150044). The modifications to the NCAP test payments become operational 60 days after the publication of the FR notice, i.e., Dec. 15 (here).
