Trina Solar Science & Technology (Thailand) Ltd., appealing a May Court of International Trade decision sustaining the Commerce Department's circumvention determination that solar cell imports from Thailand circumvent the antidumping duty and countervailing duty orders on solar cells from China. # 25-1940.
