- An updated version of the Automated Commercial Environment Cargo Release Business Rules and Processes for the Trade document, Version 4.0, is now available on CBP.gov (here)
- QB 25-308 2025 Specialty Sugar Period 4 has been published on CBP's website (here)
- Quota Bulletin QB 25-210 2025 Peanuts, is now published on CBP's website (here)
- A new Cargo Release Condition Codes document has been posted to cbp.gov. The following error code pertaining to de minimis has been updated: 318 – COUNTRY CODE INELIGIBLE FOR ET86 – Error description corrected. Changed from “filer code” to “country code.” NOTE: This code is not yet deployed to the PRODUCTION environment. The deployment date will be announced in a later CSMS message (here)
- DEPLOYMENT DELAYED: On March 12, CBP issued a message (CSMS # 64397214) regarding the Section 321 consignee address validation in ACE Truck Manifest, with a deployment date of March 20. This will now be deployed on March 27 (here).
