Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
- Some 5106 transactions requesting a CBP Assigned Number (CAN) are receiving an ACE System Failure response when the data includes a T3 record with full legal name. A fix is anticipated to be deployed on March 1. In the meantime, filers can omit the T3 record with full legal name on the initial request and immediately submit an “update” to include the full legal name on the T3 record (here).
