Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
This enhancement, "Section 321 – Does Not Exceed $800 in Aggregated Shipments," was scheduled to deploy on Jan. 11. It would have provided a warning in ACE when a de minimis shipment may exceed the $800 per person/per day threshold (see 2501100031).
CBP said it will send updated implementation information in a future CSMS message.
