Department finding that imports from Indonesia are sold in the U.S. at less than fair value and imports from Ecuador, India and Vietnam are subsidized by their countries' governments (see 2410280026). As a result, the Commerce Department will issue countervailing duty orders on frozen warmwater shrimp imports from Ecuador, India and Vietnam and an antidumping duty order on imports of the product from Indonesia.
