U.S. at less than fair value and imports from Ecuador, India and Vietnam are subsidized by their governments (see 2410280026). As a result, the Commerce Department will issue countervailing duty orders on frozen warmwater shrimp imports from Ecuador, India and Vietnam and an antidumping duty order on those imports from Indonesia. The ITC's full report will be available to the public by Jan. 6.
