Commerce Ends AD/CVD Orders on Barium Chloride From China and India
The Commerce Department is ending antidumping duties on barium chloride from China (A-570-007), as well as countervailing duties on the same product from India (C-533-909), it said in a notice announcing the final results of a changed circumstances review.

Honeywell requested the revocation, and there was no objection from the original petitioner in the case, Chemical Products Corporation. Commerce received no comments on its preliminary results announcing its intent to revoke the orders (see 2409170042).
The revocation of the AD order on barium chloride from China is effective Oct. 1, 2023, and the revocation of the CVD order on barium chloride from India, Jan. 1, 2024. Commerce will direct CBP to discontinue suspension of liquidation for entries on or after those dates and refund any cash deposits that were collected.
