Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.
- RESOLVED: FDA Entry Processing Delays experienced on Sept. 26 have been resolved; normal processing has resumed (here)
- ABI Software Vendor List: An updated ABI Software Vendors List has been posted, and now includes a column for approved Global Business Identifier (GBI) providers (here)
- An update to the draft CBP and Trade Automated Interface Requirements (CATAIR) appendix PGA document is now available: The draft version dated Sept. 17 has been updated and can be found in the Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities section. See the Appendix PGA change log (change #53) for specifics. This version will remain in the draft section until December 2024, when all APHIS Core business rules will be active in CBP’s PRODUCTION region (here)
- An updated Document Image System (DIS) Implementation Guide (IG) is now available: The DIS IG has moved from “Draft Chapters: Future Capabilities” to “Chapters: Current Capabilities” (here)
- Electronic Export Manifest (EEM) -- Implementation Guide (IG) updates will be available in PRODUCTON environment Oct. 1 (here).
