As a result, Kisaan will get a 4.13% AD rate, exporter Echjay Forgings Private Limited will get a 1.7% AD rate, Bebitz Flanges Works Private Limited will get a 74.3% AD rate, and all other non-individually examined respondents will get a 5.2% AD rate.
The Commerce Department initially only selected one respondent in the review. In December 2023, the trade court ruled against Commerce's use of a 145.24% adverse facts available rate on the lone respondent in setting the rates for 15 non-individually examined companies (see 2312110043). The parties said that after the decision, they reached an agreement on how to resolve the case (see 2405240071).
