Amcor won two other cases involving the classification of “unprinted” and “printed flexible packaging materials.” Both were found to be “backed” aluminum foil under Harmonzied Tariff Schedule subheading 7607,20.50, the report said.
In 2022, the remaining cases were all assigned to Reif. That year, Amcor also submitted stipulation proposals for all of the 14 remaining cases and provided 14 samples. CBP determined those samples are representative of the merchandise involved in the cases and is now reviewing the stipulations, the report said.
