The agency preliminarily found that Trans-Pacific changed its name to TRAPA but otherwise continues to operate as the same business entity as before. If Commerce confirms its findings in the final results, TRAPA will inherit the AD rate assigned to Trans-Pacific Trading, which was 1.79% (the review average rate) in the final results of an AD administrative review published in August 2023 (see 2307310058).
