The court announced July 8 that panels will hear arguments at Stanford Law School and Santa Clara University School of Law Oct. 8; at the University of California Berkeley School of Law and UC San Francisco College of Law Oct. 9; and at the Robert F. Peckham Federal Building in San Jose and the Phillip Burton Federal Building in San Francisco Oct.10.
