Once Commerce issues its final results, new AD cash deposit requirements may take effect for some companies, beginning on the date of publication of the final results in the Federal Register. Commerce preliminarily calculated the following AD cash deposit rate:

Assessment Rates

As part of this administrative review, Commerce will also calculate the AD it will assess on importers for entries of subject merchandise entered June 1, 2022, through May 31, 2023. If these preliminary results are confirmed in the final results, importers of subject merchandise exported by ULMA will be assessed AD at importer-specific rates.

(The period of review is 06/01/22 - 05/31/23. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc.)
