Turkey Paper Shopping Bags: Correction to AD Final Determination
When the Commerce Department published its final determination in the antidumping duty investigation on paper shopping bags from Turkey (A-489-849) on March 18 (see 2403180061), it said in a correction notice, a company was listed in the rate table for the 47.56% AD rate that shouldn't have been there: Umur Basim.

Rather, Umur Basim is part of the group of all other producers and exporters that were not individually examined, and that are required to post a cash deposit for estimated antidumping duties at a rate of 26.32%, Commerce said.
Cash deposit rates set in this final determination, effective March 18, should have been as follows:
