Export Compliance Daily combines U.S. export control news, foreign border import regulation and policy developments into a single daily information service that reliably informs its trade professional readers about important current issues affecting their operations.

The customs suit, which concerns Cambridge's enriched ammonium sulfate, was previously stayed by the trade court pending consultations between the importer and petitioner for a partial revocation of the antidumping and countervailing duty orders on ammonium sulfate from China (see 2311020051). The suit was filed to contest CBP's assessment of the AD/CVD on the goods.

Cambridge previously told the court it's working with the domestic industry to partially revoke the orders that will lead to the filing of a second changed circumstances review petition with Commerce. The importer's filing shows the court that the request was made April 9.
