For any other exporters of subject merchandise that were not under review (i.e., all exporters of subject merchandise except Adisseo), cash deposit rates will remain at the level set in the most recent review of each respective company, and Commerce is ordering liquidation of entries from such companies “as entered” at the cash deposit rate in effect at the time of entry. The cash deposit rate for exporters that have not had a previous rate assigned will be subject to the all-others rate of 37.53%.

(The period of review is 03/04/21 - 08/31/22. See the notice for additional information, including the scope of the order, potential cash deposit and assessment instructions, etc. See 2310050043 for a summary of the preliminary results of this administrative review.)
